- (Research):Martin, Amos C. - On Thursday, April 3, 1980, at the K-W Hospital, aged 79 years, of 41 Queen St., Elmira. Beloved husband of Minerva Bauman; dear father of Henry, Emerson and Mrs. Cleason (Mary) Weber , all of Wallenstein, Nelson of Kitchener, Mrs Amos (Velina) Martin and Clarence, both of Parkhill and Verna of London, Ont. Thirty-three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, four brothers and two sisters also survive. Stepfather of Mrs Amsey (Eileen) Martin and Delber, both of Elmira, Sylvan of Wallenstein and Mrs. Leonard Heintz of Atwood. Thirteen step-grandchildren also survive. He was predeceased by his first wife, Louisa Martin, two sisters and one brother. Visitation at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, where funeral service will be held on the chapel on Sunday, April 6, at 1 p.m. Removal will then be made to the Elmira Mennonite Meeting House, for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.
